Over the past 15 years, business leaders and sophisticated deal-makers have turned to me seeking guidance on their most complex and critical negotiations. My expertise spans diverse areas, including finalizing sales and procurement deals, overseeing M&A transactions, navigating cyber risk incidents, shaping labor relations, mitigating risks, and much more. I operate across all industry sectors and all over the globe.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Management, having studied Business Administration in both Germany and the USA.

In addition, I was certified as a professional negotiator by leading international crisis negotiators and at renowned institutions such as IMD (Lausanne) and INSEAD (Paris).
